The Cooking School @ Market Bistro offers hands-on and demonstration cooking classes designed to help you discover or expand your love for cooking…and eating! You’ll prepare recipes alongside our culinary educators in a state-of-the-art kitchen, then enjoy what you’ve prepared for a fun and delicious learning experience. From beginner to gourmet, kids to adults, we offer something for everyone

Bringing the art of cooking to you we opened The Cooking School in April 2014, within Price Chopper’s Market Bistro store in Latham, NY. Our goal is to provide the community with a place to expand their knowledge of food preparation while building kitchen confidence. Small class sizes create a friendly, informal atmosphere perfect for camaraderie, questions and enjoying the food prepared. And the best part is…we do the dishes!
