Easy Appetizer Recipes: Burger Bites with Steak Sauce Aioli

Ingredients:
- 3 Certified Angus Beef burgers
- 4 slices cheese
- 4 slices Garlic Cheddar Bread
- 1/4 cup Central Market Classics Neil’s Favorite Steak Sauce
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- Preheat grill to medium high.
- Using a 1 1/2 diameter cookie cutter, form burgers into 12 discs.
- Using the same cutter, cut 12 discs from bread and cheese.
- In a small bowl, mix together steak sauce and mayonnaise.
- Grill burgers over medium high heat to desired doneness.
- Top with cheese and grill until cheese melts.
- Place bread on grill until slightly toasted on both sides.
- To assemble bites, place desired amount of aioli on top of bread and top with burgers.
- Insert skewers or party picks to keep burger bites together.
- 1 lb shrimp
- Hillshire Farms American Craft Sausage – Smoky Bourbon
- Central Market Classics Neil’s Favorite Steak Sauce
- 1 red pepper
- mushrooms
- Peel shrimp. Put them in a bowl with the Steak Sauce and refrigerate for at least half an hour.
- Chop the sausage, red pepper and mushrooms.
- Thread some red pepper and mushrooms on a metal skewer, and then alternate sausage and shrimp.
- Grill over medium heat for 4 minutes on each side, until the shrimp is cooked through.

- 4 Grilled Pineapple rings
- Handful of Spinach leaves
- 4 Hamburger Buns
- Cook the beef patties according to your liking. We always cook our patties to medium because we don’t mind a little bit of pink.
- Assemble the Hawaiian burgers by placing the cooked patty on the bun and pour Neil’s favorite steak sauce over the top of the burger.
- Add a handful of Spinach leaves and one grilled pineapple ring.
- Finish by topping the burger with the bun.
